Mine is seeing humans having respect for each other. I saw that tonight. It was nice.
I hope you all have a good night!
The birds that visit me daily. Some of them land on me and have a proper conversation with me. Always lifts my mood.
@Zardoz Deleting my Reddit account after 6 years and learning about the fediverse for the first time. I’m never going back to Reddit
People rescuing animals.
Cattos and puppies
If I see a cat I smile also I must pet it.
My wife
Fathers with babies. They forget all social conventions and are just enjoying life and making their baby laugh.
Seeing people just being happy.
Animals being derps. I often think back to a picture of an elephant under a small waterfall.
I’m gonna have to give a couple of things because it’s too hard to just pick one:
-
People being genuinely into their hobby. That just shows up on their face and makes them 1000% more interesting to just watch and listen, whether I care about that thing myself or not at all
-
When I find some good band that I haven’t heard about before but the vibe they give off is something that reminds me of my childhood or people that I know
-
My plants. Whenever I see a new leaf or branch or anything, it just makes me so happy for it and makes me want to root for it
-

Just a heads up since this Community is intended for posts about the Lemmy.world server. Announcements from the team, issues you see etc.
AbruptChaos content which I sometimes do feel terrible for laughing.
I spent a lot of time turning our garden into a pollinator paradise. Seeing hundreds of bees buzzing around the flowers gives me so much joy. I really love bees.
When I make people meaningful to me laugh
Dogs on the street, even more when they give my hand a sniffle
When I walk out of work and into the weekend. Even though my current job is good, it‘s just a feeling of freedom that I enjoy anyway. For me it is work in an office from an early time in the morning, so it‘s often also the moment I first feel sunlight on my face that day.
