How come people like Cosby and Weinstein seem decrpit appearing before a judge or jury? Cosby could barely walk and W had to use a walker. Why do this because it doesn't influence anyone?

Part of it is to elicit sympathy, but there is a legitimate loss of health that comes from a stressful ordeal like a trial.

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
