Because, you’re inspiringly young and full of promise. Genuinely. We’re all the universe experiencing itself and I love to hear you’re doing that so wonderfully. Right on! 🖖🏽

In general, people do dream every night even if they don’t actively remember. You might subconsciously recall it and it is affecting your mood when you wake up when you had a particularly vivid dream.

Might be that whatever subconscious processing that happened overnight is bubbling up. The mind, consciousness, and memory are all still mysterious. The more neuroscience learns about the brain, the weirder it seems to function.

Wow that’s interesting, I always wake up like everything is chaos. I thought it was the sound of my alarm that’s doing it? But I see a huge spike on my heart rate. Do you wake up with an alarm? Is it an advertous song?

This makes me wonder, I dread waking up for school, and my alarm is basically it’s theme song. Does changing my alarm every now and then make less stressed?

There’re also the memes where they’ll just play the iphone or samsung default alarm sound and everyone gets a mental breakdown.

Did they do a study regarding this?
