1 year agoWhile this is a solution in the short term, it’s impossible to predict which instance will always align with what the user wants blocked in the future. You can self host and defederate yourself sure, but that’s not really a solution for the masses. We really don’t need to go as far as defederation for this when all we need is a way for the individual user to block/hide instances at will.
