I love the clamshell! I don’t think it’s perfect by any means but being able to toss it in my bag without needing to worry about a case has been so nice.
And I totally understand the tinkering 😂 I saw that Mu was running bash scripts and had to restrain myself to primarily playing. I did make a custom theme though!

I have the rg35xxsp, and I’m always shocked at how atrocious the model name is 🤣
I mostly use it to play gba games, but have dipped a little into PortMaster. Your use sounds a bit more advanced!

Most gamers won’t even hear about it. Just seeing the article already puts you in the “highly informed” bucket

MuOS is fantastic, which handheld do you have?

From another comment it sounds like there is pushback from users when someone behaves poorly, which is good, but I don’t see why anyone would want that experience to be the norm. Just libertarian things I guess

You don’t need ai for that https://store.steampowered.com/app/2859220/Vuntra_City/

Yup, seems like they want to run a nazi bar. From their wiki (archive):
nothing that a player can type in public chat (aside from the exceptions given below) can result in a ban or any form of official reprimand. You will not be banned for anything you say, aside from spamming. This includes but is not limited to:
- Swearing;
- Personal attacks;
- Racial or cultural insults;
- Asking to be banned.
It’s worded a little confusingly, but there is a list of exceptions further down the page. The server is hosted in Germany so the expected symbols are removed if built in-game, but most of the other exceptions are to keep the game playable.

Apologies for replying so strongly 👍

I did, it was full of speculation based on something you admitted you had no idea about

Drop the wild speculation, there is zero reason to play devil’s advocate. If you cared to do any reading there are a myriad of examples of this company’s llms pushing harmful behavior.
Yes, there are probably other factors. There always are. It might not be what you meant, but you are saying that the companies selling these products should get off for free because they “would’ve done it anyway”

The biggest improvement for me, even viewing at a distance, is that I can disable anti aliasing. If it’s rendered at a high enough resolution jaggies aren’t an issue

Americans will use anything but the metric system

I think people losing their livelihood is a good thing!

Sadly not surprising when so many get laid off ☹️

Definitely agree! I barely played TotK because, aside from the flying stuff together aspect, I’d already done everything I wanted in BotW. I did my exploring, my climbing, my juggling weapons during combat. I’ve done had more than my fill of those dinkly little shrines.
BotW is better imo because of what it was: new and surprising. TotK was good but (aside from some gimmicks that made driving around a bit more creative and streamlined) more of the same.
Anyway thanks for sharing!

That’s how all corporate fines should work imo
Players will optimize the fun out of any game if given the chance
