It can also come back even if successfully treated. If you have another infection that messed with your immune system, like covid, Lyme can come back and make your life miserable.
Looks great! I’m still partial to other interfaces since I can’t seem to make images thumbnails using that tool, but the ui is otherwise amazing.
Agree that they have every right to handle their instance however they want. I also have the right to not interact with them while they are blocking the instance I call home.
True, but unsubbed from them when it happened because I don’t want to see communities I can’t interact with.
Why add to the problem and have frustration with wanting to discuss something you are blocked from?
Thank you so much for doing this! The having an instance this big really made the difference for leaving reddit. I really missed jerboa and am glad to have it back as a client.

Having sibling communities would be another approach.
Each one is still homed on their instance, but if the instances are federated the posts from the other instances automatically flow into the community. They would still show the originating instance, but content would be comingled.
Jerboa is pretty much close enough to rif for me.
Been trying the place and just have jerboa a shot in comparison. The actual app is better by miles. So much faster than the browser.
Hey. Will you look at that. Any interest in reddit just disappeared. Gg spez.
It’s not. It’s more reddit adjacent than replacement. Lemmy seems closer to a replacement. I’m using both now.
I think they mean having multiple instances of a single community all grouped together. Like there’s three or four star wars communities. Would be great if we could create a meta community that shows them all.
Lol, what? I’ve always used both Firefox and Chrome due to doing web Dev. It’s a perfectly good browser. It’s been my primary browser on mobile for years since Google started the creep of removing choice in how you interact with Chrome.
