That’s a pretty reasonable misunderstanding, I don’t speak for anyone but myself but generally as long as there’s no malice involved I’m not upset by an accidental misgendering.
I’m on jerboa too and didn’t even know there were specific pronouns on accounts, I just chucked mine in my bio.
❤️
Legend!
Hell yeah, I can get behind this. I can’t comment on the O-Cedar as I can’t get them here and information online is sparse, but the equivalent I get in Australia is made from cellulose and is biodegradable, apparently sadly not including the scourer (after some digging it’s coated in polyurethane).
Protip: Don’t get the scrub daddy, the O-Cedar Scrunge is the highest rated sponge by virtually every chef and test kitchen for a reason, it’s non-scratching but has one of the best scourers ever and will clean stuff up like magic compared to some inferior brands.
If you’re an Australian like me, you can get the Vileda Pur Active which is seemingly identical (I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same company).
The gravitational constant is famously hard to measure, so I can get behind this.
This looks like a score for a Tim Minchin show lol
I don’t think his personal accomplishments really matter in the face of his support for the far right, crushing hatred of trans people, calling people pedophiles and the absurd amount of misinformation and bigotry that he promotes on xitter.
If SpaceX needs an absolute piece of shit like him in order to succeed, then there shouldn’t be a SpaceX.
That’s the best part, you have way more timelines where you aren’t the MC so there’s basically a 0% chance you’re in one now.
Judging from the other comments it’s not for everyone, but personally I love my Wednesdays off. For me it’s mostly about dealing with accumulated fatigue due to a health condition though, and I definitely agree about the errands. When I have lots of medical appointments they’re so easy to schedule lol
Yeah exactly right? I’ve had Americans tell me that snakes and spiders are too scary, snakes will actively run from people (mostly) and spiders don’t care about you they just want flies and stuff.
Meanwhile in NA you’ve got powerful prey species that will just randomly wander through town, not to mention all the gun violence in the USA…
Most dangerous thing here are the cars tbh.
I really really hate this narrative. Time and time again people tell me they would love to come to Australia but it’s too dangerous.
This isn’t a dangerous place, most of our wildlife is harmless and/or actively avoids people. It makes me so damn sad every time another friend tells me how deadly my home is, and even worse they refuse to listen to people who actually live here because they’ve been told Australia is dangerous their whole life.
Just pirate, it’s better than paying these companies to rip off artists. Support your favourite artists directly, streams are basically worthless compared to other forms of income like merch.
Maybe it’s obvious, but I’m realising now that libs are just tankies who love the west and capitalism, hence the stupid takes on NATO we constantly see…
Best video you’ll ever see on the topic imo (and very short)
Except it actually is reality?
Anarchist collectives in Spain are the biggest example of anarcho-syndicalism existing and thriving in history, hell the CNT even exists today. I’d recommend reading the anarchist collectives by Sam Dolgoff if it’s something you’re curious about, it’s a fantastic read.
More general anarchism exists today in the Zapatistas, and probably other groups I’m not aware of. If you extend that to just anarchist collectives then I can rattle off a list of them just in one suburb of my city.
It’s important political theory, and it works. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t change that fact.
Why does this kinda look like Doug Walker?
OH YARN I don’t have my glasses and I couldn’t work out how someone was knitting with a yam
Probably proper knife skills. I’ve always been pretty good with a knife, but I’ve been taking my time to really refine the skill as I do a lot of cooking for large groups so speed is extremely useful. I honestly learnt a lot of it indirectly by just watching how chefs use them, but for the theory and all that I started with Lan Lam’s video on knife skills over at the America’s Test Kitchen yt channel.
I’m about to be going to an event where I’ll be cooking nearly a thousand meals a day for three days, so I’m going to be putting it to the test. The one nice thing is we’ll have a team of volunteers to help with ingredient prep, so it should be okay but daunting none the less.
