You can use doubledouble.top. Direct Downloader for Spotify, Soundcloud, Qobuz, Deezer, Tidal, Napster and YouTube. Most Files are downloades in .FLAC

I don’t know why this sometimes happens, but it is not normal. I use JDownloader a lot and sometimes there are lucky days when Katfile or sometimes 1fichier just downloads without waiting time.
