Yeah, the gross feeling being applied to everyone is a good way to describe being sex repulsed. There are levels to it though (even for non ace people) some people are okay with fantasy but not the real thing, some people are repulsed even by sexual fantasies, and some people are okay with fantasy if they aren’t an actual part of that fantasy.

No, but that’s because my brain is weird. I have a lot of difficulty getting angry, usually I just get really frustrated but it almost never boils over into actual anger. Even when it does I’m not that angry. Sounds good probably, but every emotion is useful and it tends to lead to me not standing up for myself.

Probably doesn’t apply to >90% of people here, but if you ever get to build your own house, build it so the longer side faces south, and the shorter side west (in the northern hemisphere). Then you get more midday sun in the winter when the sun is further south, and less evening sun in the summer.

It’s not always a necessity, but the opportunity cost of not having Internet can prevent you from meeting other necessities. For example, a lot of jobs require Internet to apply. Not getting a better job might mean you can’t afford food or housing.

It depends on the regulation. Take zoning for example, you definitely don’t want a bunch of kids or elderly people living next to dangerous factories, but the laws usually go too far and prevent corner stores in residential areas, or demand way too much parking. Regulation can be good or bad.

Two options, just tell them that you want to practice your American accent, or use it when you quote your friends. The second one works best if it’s close friends who enjoy making fun of each other a bit.
