Having a job that pays your bills isn’t “poor” by global standards.

I don’t disagree with the sentiment, but only in America do people view having a job and ONLY enough money to pay all your bills and keep you alive to be a fate equivalent to death.

91·6 days agoI wonder if you could take all of that mail and just dump it into a post box somewhere else and if they would generate additional postage billing when they delivered them back to your house.
Weird to think that there is some percentage of this world that still goes to BestBuy, GameStop, and watches ads on TV and that its big enough to be worth marketing to.
The fun part is that unlike an intern, this shit isn’t going to get better at it’s job.
The most technically illiterate leaders are pushing the hell out of using for things that don’t make sense while the workers who know what they are doing are finding some limited utility.
Out biggest concern is that people are going to be using it for the wrong stuff and fail to account for the errors and limitations.
The problem is that this product already exists and it doesn’t work.
Honestly this feels like a product that Chat GPT probably came up with in the first place.

Yep, and now you know why all the tech companies suddenly became VERY politically active. This future isn’t compatible with democracy. Once these companies no longer provide employment their benefit to society becomes a big fat question mark.

I’d bet against any plan that requires Google to not fuck you over for a whole 7 years.
It’s a more inclusive term because “child predator” and “child rapist” all require since verifiable action on the person’s part. It’s a person who is sexually attracted to children and just looks at like AI generated CSM not audio a pedophile, despite not actually directly harming children?
