You are younger than me.
What’s something the 50-something-year-old knows that the 40-something-year-old doesn’t, and what does the 40-something-year-old know that you don’t?

Slowpoke Rodriguez!
Some of the things you mentioned in your first comment really point to infatuation to me, like your perseonal identity becoming secondary to a shared identity, and “Anything that contradicts being with or caring for them is basically impossible to even think.” These sound like elements of an unhealthy relationship.
This sounds more like infatuation than love, TBH.
AFAIK, right now, there’s nothing available for something like Corne-ish Zen that would be as quiet as a standard chiclet-style keyboard (like your Macally). The Corne-ish Zen takes Kailh Choc v1 switches, and a linear switch (like Kailh Choc Red, Pro Red, or Silver, for example) are going to be the quietest kind. I’m typing on a keyboard right now with Kailh Choc Red switches, and it’s quiet for a mechanical keyboard, but a little louder than typing on a standard laptop keyboard, for example.
There are some switch mods out there that aim to make Choc v1 switches quieter, like “tape mod” or “floss mod”, although mods like this tend to be pretty tedious and time-consuming. There will probably be a “silent” Choc v1 switch someday, but I don’t even know offhand if one is in the works.
If you were interested in a non-low-profile mechanical keyboard, there are “silent” switches available for those (a few examples are Cherry MX Silent Red, ZealPC Zilents, and Kailh Box Silent Brown). If you type with a light touch, a silent mechanical switch might be almost as quiet as your Macally keyboard.
tl;dr: A Corne-ish Zen will be fairly quiet with a linear switch, but not as quiet as the Macally keyboard.
You’re welcome! Hope you find something you like.
It kind of looks like a simple wholecloth quilt, or at least a comforter done in that style. If nothing else, you might try searching for quilts instead of comforters or blankets.
Your question is really vague; I think that’s one reason people are having a hard time answering. What do you mean by “lifestyle”? Can you give some specific examples of areas or ways in which you want to apply science to your everyday life?
Depending on who/what you ask, we’re all already food, so – done!
Not really, no. I wouldn’t say I’m 100% aphantasic, but I’m really, really bad at “picturing” things in my head and my visual memory is also really poor.
Even if that weren’t the case, I’m also uncoordinated, so I don’t think my body parts would obey the pictures in my head correctly anyway.
I started making scented candles. I mostly started because I was trying to recreate a particular scent that we don’t seem to be able to find anymore. I’ve gotten sort of close but not, like, super close. I liked experimenting with lots of different types of scents, though, and it’s nice to always have something around to help get rid of cooking odors in the kitchen, freshen up a bathroom, etc.
I haven’t made any in a while – not for any particular reason, though, although it is harder to want to do something that involves being over a stove a lot during the summer. I really should get back to it soon.
I don’t know how @[email protected] would classify it, but I’d classify it as pretty obvious JAQing off. Hope that helps!
Freeze peach
Yeah – if there’s a fire or some other kind of emergency at your house/apartment and you’re not there, that kind of sticker is really important.
Maybe the company I work for is going above and beyond then and just calling it that
That’s what it sounds like to me. Well, actually, it just sort of sounds like your company is calling normal paid sick leave “FMLA”. It’s nice to have, regardless of what it’s called, and very sad that it’s not a given everywhere.
FMLA is unpaid leave. This is a major oversimplification, but it’s so an employee can take an extended leave from work and return to their job afterwards. And even though it’s unpaid, there are still a lot of limitations on it.
That one is right up there for me, too. Wozniak is pretty much the biggest reason I’ll try to catch the kids’ Taskmaster. I do like Rose a lot, but I don’t think her presence alone would counterbalance “show featuring a bunch of kids” enough.
Man, it’s hard to pick. Probably 14, but then a bunch of them would be a close second for me.
What about you?
Small correction: “… destroy the people that they think make them feel that way”.
