The Ride1Up Prodigy V2 step-through CVT. It’s got tons of great tech at great price. USA based company too if that matters to you.
Transfered from Feddit.ch as they closed up shop unfortunately.

I found the company Ride1Up. They only sell direct online but that keeps their prices down. I like the Prodigy V2 step through for the ease of use and it has a CVT transmission that let’s you down shift while stopped and has nearly no maintenance. I don’t know where your from but it’s a USA based company which I appreciate
I’m planning to get an ebike to commute. It took me awhile but I finally found a nice bike that doesn’t have an app.
I know she doesn’t have the “M” chip, so I’d guess it’s an Intel
Oh I didn’t realize it was like that. I’ll have to re-visit my Mom’s Macbook
I’ve been playing retro games recently. Metal Slug X, Hydro Thunder, and trying to get into MGS1. Playing on either PSX or Dreamcast
I use a VPN with NewPipe, no problems. I’m using the NewPipe repo for the app
Great! I’ve got my Dad on it, just need to get my mom off of her iPad now
And the fact that Apple Intelligence is just OpenAI
Have you put it on GoG? I will never loan another game from Steam
A Plague Tale is a great one
You can put Kodi on a tablet and stream on the go. Just be sure to pick a lower quality file or some movies can be like 70gb
I suggest enlarging your current NAS or building one and running something like Open Media Vault, Umbrel, CASA, etc.
For streaming, Kodi is the best value though it’s via pirating. But is pirating such a bad thing when these companies steal your data and revoke movies that you purchased? With a debrid service costing $17 for 6mo you can stream basically anything with no slowdowns. Run Kodi via LibreElec on a RPi5.
Try using GoG through the Heroic Games Launcher and Proton-GE. It works really really good.
I’ve been using this for a few months now with Organic Maps and it’s incredibly good. A few versions ago I noticed some issues with certain letter sounds but with frequent updates it now sounds so natural.
I found “vits-piper-en_GB-southern_english_female-medium” to be the most natural sounding voice for English.
If Kodi is used to watch movies and TV shows for free then you’d want to protect your internet traffic from unwanted eyes
Absolutely this. Depending on how you use it though, make sure you have a VPN and private DNS setup on your router
I listen to quite a few different podcasts via AntennaPod and have never listened to an ad that wasn’t from the podcast itself. Maybe it’s due to my DNS settings or luck of the draw?
It always has been ever since they got a DARPA grant back in the day
