It literally has ‘real’ on it’s name, why would anyone lie on the internet?
5·3 months agoHonestly, I didn’t even know what it does until now. I get so annoyed by it that I just close it immediately after it pops up. Probably time to make a uBlock Origin filter for it I guess
Given how intrusive google is, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was kinda forced by them along with some other functionality

The one reason I tried to create an account and never came back
During Covid times I had the chance to work 6 hours a day (for the same pay) and boy did things change in everyone’s life. People were clearly happier and more productive. Even my then manager agreed that it allowed for a significant improvement in work/life balance.
Unsurprisingly, everything went back to normal when it was over.
This scene gave countless nightmares as a kid. Thanks for reminding me of its existence
