We had 6 boats for the raft-up/hangout, then 4 off us stayed overnight. The next morning I cooked my breakfast for the first time after finding a “period correct” alcohol stove over the winter!

After I cleaned everything up, I detached from the raft-up, and did some poleless/preventerless wing on wing (which is far too much work!) down to the main section of the lake where it was wider, then sailed down and back getting about 12 miles in for the day!

Brookville Lake in Indiana. It is, unfortunately pretty narrow, so there’s typically a ton of tacking. That said, a few weeks ago, I went the whole length (available by sailboat) on a single tack for the first time. It was pretty wild.
