Go all in, focus on OT cybersecurity, field is screaming for people and you get to work in massive industrial systems rather than boring office nonsense

Maybe we should have everyone who worked on a large engineering project listed on a big plaque at the entrance to the the end product. Might help some tradies take more pride in their work …

I think that’s just Facebook, surely no people actually use it any more?

Maybe they can sell their AI Slop to AI slop? Really cut people right out of the equation.

This is the way.

Yeah, boiling milk is is going cut through concrete at about the same rate a river cuts through a continent, and that process isn’t melting

I think, therefore AI

Does milk have to be in liquid state to still be considered milk?

“Milk, when vapourised, passed through an appropriately enegetic field and converted into a plasma, can melt concrete”

Did it specify how hot the milk needed to be?

Arguably you could use pumped hydro with the abandoned mine shaft?

I believe the argument against solid block gravity batteries is that you can achieve the same thing with water by using old mines or even just digging a 40story hole. If you have room for the 40 story tower then you have room for a more efficient pumped hydro hole.

Wasn’t this already debunked as a poor replacement for pumped storage hydro electric? The blocks and the things moving them will always have more wear than water and turbines.

Maybe it’s walking the human?

This is a pretty convoluted way to achieve automation in a substation panel …

Until they have to troubleshoot the console server …
