In my language the saying is “don’t spit against the wind”, not piss.
I heard a similar saying, but instead of warning you it states a fact as “to spit windward”. Not in my language but a close one.
Well my female dog hasn’t figured out that she shouldn’t piss uphill. She’ll squat facing downhill to do her business but then act disgusted if her feet get wet
